ITI Fitter

The Fitter will be responsible for assembling, installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and equipment in accordance with technical specifications and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen attention to detail.

Requirements
Assembly and Installation:
Assemble mechanical components and systems based on technical drawings and blueprints.

Install machinery and equipment, ensuring proper alignment, fit, and functionality.

Maintenance and Repair:
Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.

Diagnose mechanical issues and conduct repairs as needed.

Replace defective parts and conduct necessary adjustments.

Machining and Fabrication:
Use hand tools, power tools, and machine tools to fabricate and modify parts.

Perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, cutting, and welding when required.

Inspection and Testing:
Inspect components and assemblies for quality and adherence to specifications.

Conduct functional tests on machinery to ensure proper operation.

Hydraulics and Pneumatics:
Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Ensure proper operation and maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic components.

Safety and Compliance:
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
