Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities:

Machine Operation:

Set up and operate machinery according to production specifications.

Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and meet production targets.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

Conduct routine maintenance on machines and equipment to ensure proper functioning.

Identify and troubleshoot issues, minimizing downtime and maintaining productivity.

Quality Assurance:

Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

Make necessary adjustments to processes to maintain product quality.

Safety Compliance:

Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor immediately.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of production, maintenance, and downtime.

Report production metrics and machine performance to the team lead or supervisor.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with team members to ensure smooth workflow and achieve production goals.

Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding any operational concerns.

Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.

Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing setting.

Knowledge of production procedures and mechanical systems.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Physical stamina and dexterity to operate machinery and lift materials as required.

Familiarity with basic safety regulations and standards.
