ITI - CIPET Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented ITI/CIPET Operator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, managing production processes, and ensuring the quality of finished products in alignment with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation: Set up and operate plastic molding/extrusion/injection molding machines. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Production Management: Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks. Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and output.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect and verify finished products to meet quality standards. Maintain accurate records of quality checks and production data.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and ensure a clean and hazard-free workspace. Conduct pre-startup checks to ensure equipment is safe to use.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the production team to meet daily production targets. Communicate with supervisors regarding machine performance or material requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• ITI Diploma (in Fitter, Turner, Tool & Die, or relevant trades) or CIPET certification.
• Knowledge of plastic processing techniques (e.g., injection molding, extrusion).
• Basic troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
• Familiarity with quality control standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Exposure to automated or CNC-based machinery.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
