Machine Operator

1. **Machine Operations:**

- Operate the fully automatic VFFS machine for the production of herbal dip dip tea bags.

- Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure quality and efficiency.

2. **Maintenance and Troubleshooting:**

- Conduct routine checks and preventive maintenance on the machine.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical or operational issues promptly.

3. **Production Management:**

- Supervise daily production activities to meet targets.

- Maintain production logs and ensure adherence to quality standards.

4. **Machine Cleaning:**

- Clean and sanitize the machine as per operational guidelines to maintain hygiene standards.

5. **Safety and Compliance:**

- Follow safety protocols and ensure the machine operates within prescribed safety standards.

- Report any discrepancies or safety concerns to management.

6. To assist Senior Operator / Maintenance engineer.

Required Candidate profile:

1) Candidate must have 2-4 Years of experience of relevant field.

2) Required educational qualification is ITI Fitter or equivalent course.

3) Candidate must have self transportation facility for eg. Bike

4) Expected nature of Candidate is flexible, Honest, Hard worker, Co-Operative
