Operations Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in industrial engineering, operations management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience (20+ years) in manufacturing company.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in operations management, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, resource allocation, and supply chain management.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards relevant to the industry.

• Operational Management:
• Plan, direct, and coordinate all operations activities to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of supervisors, technicians, and staff to achieve operational excellence.

• Manage budgets, control costs, and allocate resources effectively.
• Oversee procurement and inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Health, Safety, and Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Develop and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, logistics, engineering) to align operations with overall business goals.
