General Manager - Production

Role & responsibilities

• Customer complaint handling with immediate action.
•   Production plan arrangement according to customer requirement
•  Leading role in Kaizen and Quality circle activity.   
• Daily rejection data monitoring ( Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified ).
• IPC certfied professional
• New Product save launch activity ( Completed PMP Course )  
•  To achieve KPI targets of Quality and Production.    
• Sound knowledge of CNC Depanelling Router Auroteck.   Production planning of SMT Line, PSMT Line & Assy. Line   Manage Internal and External Quality Audits (ISO-13485, MDSAP)
•  Root Cause analysis at Gemba with proper counter measures.   Programming Knowledge of Coating machine,
• Router Machine, Selective Soldering, Robotic machines  Track project as per Project line and align team for DVP & PV activity.
•   Leading role during JPTR with Customer.
•   Installation signoff activity for product finalization.   Performing main role in engineering change management (ECN).
•   Submit inhouse analysis report of all parts within 7 days.   To implement Automation in line to control process defect.   
• Provide training for employees before new models launch at shop floor .

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent knowledge of SMT production , assembly , electronic Manufacturing

Excellent customer handling skills

In depth knowledge of SMT, PTH and electronics manufacturing certfifications
