Manager - Delivery

• Lead the department towards SIOP(Sales Integrated Operations Process) model at Allied India .
• Responsible to create customer enablement stories as per the operational excellence model of Allied PSCQ( Productivity ,Speed, Cost & Quality)
• Prepare to scale the department to cater for growth, both organizationally, through standardization and through process & system improvement.
• Responsible for order to delivery cycle of both domestic and international customers of Allied India including the channel partners .
• Willing to travel to both domestic and international locations if required to ensure smooth execution of special projects /OEMs account or any specific customer requirements .
• Prioritize the production plan based on the inputs given by customer service team .
• Capacity planning based on the customer delivery schedules and machine capacity .
• Coordination with all stake holders like sales /design /costing /purchase and customer service team and act as point of contact to ensure on time execution of delivery .
• Responsible for the delivery index of Allied India .
