Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and personable Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a key point of contact for our customers, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service through various communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.), resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
• Provide product or service information and recommendations to customers.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Continuously improve customer service skills and product knowledge.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or manager when needed.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved and to ensure overall satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
• Proficient in using customer service software, email, and other communication tools.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations and de-escalate conflicts professionally.
• Availability to work [mention any specific shifts or weekend hours if applicable].
