Role & responsibilities

i. Minimum 3 year of work experience in a Voice Program.

Should be from premium contact centers.

ii. Graduate (from any educational field under 10+2+3 format).

Exceptional candidates can be considered at Undergraduate level with prior consent of Myntra iii. Minimum 1 year of work experience in a QA role (Yellow Belt certified) for premium Voice Program.

iv. Good Aptitude skills-reasoning, logic and problem solving.
