Hiring For Team Leader For Insurance field sales

An Insurance Field Sales Team Lead is responsible for overseeing and motivating a team of field sales representatives, ensuring they achieve sales targets by actively managing their performance, providing coaching and training, developing sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients within a designated geographic area, all while adhering to company policies and regulations related to insurance sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management:
• Set individual and team sales goals, track progress, and hold regular performance reviews.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and feedback to sales reps to improve their skills and performance.
• Manage team dynamics, address conflicts, and foster a positive working environment.
• Sales Strategy and Execution:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals and market conditions.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Lead the team in prospecting new clients, generating leads, and building relationships with potential customers.
• Conduct regular sales meetings to discuss strategies, share best practices, and address challenges.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Ensure excellent customer service by resolving client concerns and addressing inquiries promptly.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to promote customer retention and upselling opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and underwriting, to ensure smooth policy processing and client satisfaction.
• Compliance and Reporting:
• Monitor team compliance with all insurance regulations, sales practices, and ethical standards.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, including activity metrics and performance dashboards, to upper management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Should be a graduate from a recognized university
• Proven experience in insurance sales, preferably in a field sales role with a track record of exceeding targets. Industry Experience of minimum 2+ years
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Minimum 1+ years of team Leading experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Should have good communication skills in English and Kannada language
• Should be comfortable to work in field as and when required other wise work from office
• Proficiency in sales techniques, including needs analysis, product presentation, and objection handling.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of insurance products and regulations.
