• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
• Organize training sessions to enhance the sales teams knowledge of tax software products and industry best practices.
• Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management on team performance, forecasting, and market insights.
