Role & responsibilities

• Lead and manage the renewal/ sales team to meet and exceed renewal targets.
• Ensure all team members are fully trained and equipped to handle renewals or Sales and customer queries.
• Monitor and analyze team performance, providing feedback and coaching as necessary.
• Handle escalated customer issues, ensuring a swift and satisfactory resolution.
