Star Estate - General Manager - Sales (10-13 yrs)

Role & responsibilities :

- Manage Sales team with a team size of more than 7 sales managers.

- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.

- Set individual sales targets with sales team.

- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.

- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.

- Encourage team for site visits & closures.

Requirements:

- Minimum 7 plus years of experience in Real Estate.

- Full understanding of the real estate transaction practices.

- Exposure and experience in dealing with Gurgaon Developers.

- Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

- Excellent communication skills.
