Roles and Responsibilities:
- Strategize and execute sales plans to target NRI clients effectively.
- Lead client engagements, showcase properties and deliver customized real estate solutions.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-net-worth NRI clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Represent the company in international property expos, client meetings, and sales campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client experience and service delivery.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of client satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Graduate/Post Graduate with exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in international sales within the real estate industry, specifically targeting the NRI market.
- Strong knowledge of the NRI market, property investment trends, and HNI client management.
- Proven leadership abilities to mentor and manage sales teams effectively.
- A successful track record in closing high-value deals and achieving sales targets
