Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and booking targets across multiple real estate projects within the assigned cluster.
- Identify new business opportunities, including channel partnerships and corporate tie-ups, to drive sales growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies and pricing models.
- Work closely with marketing teams to drive lead generation and conversion initiatives.
Team Leadership & Performance Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales managers and executives to enhance performance and productivity.
- Set clear sales targets, provide performance feedback, and implement training and development programs.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure a seamless customer journey from lead generation to property handover.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), investors, and homebuyers.
- Address customer concerns and resolve queries to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, generate sales forecasts, and provide periodic reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements related to real estate sales.
- Streamline sales processes to improve efficiency and enhance customer experience.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales.
- 10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of market trends, pricing strategies, and buyer behavior.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and MS Office Suite.
