The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in selling - high-end residential properties with a minimum ticket size of INR 8 Cr and above- . The candidate should possess strong relationships with channel partners (CPs) and HNI/UHNI clients.
# - Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive sales for - super-luxury residential apartments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with - Channel Partners (CPs), High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), and Ultra High Net-Worth Individuals (UHNIs)
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Work closely with marketing and business development teams to enhance brand presence.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging luxury real estate trends.
- Manage end-to-end sales negotiations, contract closures, and post-sales client engagement.
- Represent the company at high-profile networking events and industry conferences.
- Provide insights and reports on sales performance, competitor activities, and market trends.

- Strong existing - network of Channel Partners (CPs) and direct HNI/UHNI clients- .
