Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire new clients for commercial leasing, including corporates, MNCs, startups, and institutional clients.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, landlords, and brokers.

- Negotiate lease agreements and commercial terms with potential tenants.

- Conduct market research to understand rental trends, demand-supply dynamics, and competition.

- Manage the entire leasing cycle from lead generation, property visits, negotiations, and contract closure.

- Collaborate with internal teams including legal, finance, and operations to ensure smooth deal execution.
