Leasing Manager - Industrial/Logistics (5-8 yrs)

Experience Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Industrial/Logistics leasing.

- Strong industry and broker network.

- Basic knowledge of land sourcing is essential.

- Preference for candidates domiciled in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

Broker and Tenant Relationships:

- Maintain consistent communication with brokers, consultants, and tenants to ensure timely execution of leases, amendments, temporary leases, and terminations as needed.

Lease Management:

- Drive leasing closures and coordinate with internal departments for documentation and outreach -activities.

- Manage lead generation, evaluate lease or outright offers, negotiate terms and commercials, and achieve deal closure.

Market Analysis and Feasibility:

- Create leasing feasibility analyses, market surveys, and projections during property acquisition due diligence periods.

- Maintain up-to-date market intelligence and analyze trends to provide insights for leasing strategies.

Tenant Relations:

- Build and maintain relationships with major tenants and prospective clients in the region.

Brand Promotion:

- Represent and promote the company's brand and project offerings at international symposiums, domestic exhibitions, and other relevant platforms.

- Proven ability to summarize and analyze market data to drive leasing strategies.

- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals efficiently.
