Job Summary:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment strategy for leadership hires, volume hiring, and stakeholder management.
- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices, industry trends, and the ability to drive hiring initiatives that align with our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract top-tier talent.
- Lead and manage the recruitment team, ensuring efficient hiring processes and best practices.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align hiring plans with business objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor hiring strategies.
Leadership Hiring:
- Oversee executive-level recruitment, ensuring the company attracts and retains the best leadership talent.
- Partner with C-level executives and business heads to define leadership hiring needs and build a strong talent pipeline.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation.
Volume Hiring & Workforce Planning:
- Design and implement high-volume recruitment strategies for sales, operations, and support functions.
- Work closely with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and streamline bulk hiring processes.
- Optimize talent acquisition technology and tools to support scalability.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including department heads and HR teams.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on hiring trends, workforce planning, and talent market insights.
- Ensure seamless communication between HR, hiring managers, and external partners.
Data-Driven Recruitment & Compliance:
- Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and improve hiring efficiency.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics, ensuring continuous process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in the UAE.
