Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Sales Managers and Sales Representatives, providing ongoing guidance and support.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, and industry networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and customer onboarding.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes, policies, and best practices.
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new sales initiatives and programs. Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
