Senior Manager Sales

Role & responsibilities

• Manage Sales team, Follow-up, Closures
• Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenue
• Set individual sales targets with sales team
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages,
  legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value
• Encourage team for site visits & closures
• Being abreast with the developments in the residential real estate sector and understanding the Impact of micro & macroeconomics on the sector

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 5 -12years of experience
• Full understanding of the real estate transaction practices
• Exposure and experience in dealing with Luxury Sales
• Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
