Role & responsibilities

Responsible for Authorized Service Center (ASC) operations & their ROI in the area

Achieve Service KPI / Initiate projects for the improvement of the critical areas

Responsible for control of service deliverables like TAT, repeat calls and call pendency Improve quality of ASC operations & service network

Develop & retain the Key ASC manpower with close interaction & providing training

Achieve customer satisfaction including dealers to make SONY Preferred Brand amongst Trade partners & end users

Provide training of new model to sales team and promoters. Handling technical queries of customers , field team and the ASC

Recruiting , training service engineers, and ASC engineers to ensure operational efficiency

Preferred candidate profile

candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience

Good Technical knowledge

Good customer care skills

Good knowledge of repairs and maintenance of Electronics products.
