Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage kitchen operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient food preparation and presentation.
  
• Supervise junior chefs, providing guidance on cooking techniques and menu knowledge.
  
• Collaborate with other teams to plan menus, manage inventory, and maintain high standards of quality control.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-11 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in an upscale restaurant setting.
  
• Strong understanding of Indian cuisine and ability to prepare bulk quantities for banquets or large events.
  
• Excellent cooking skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
