Email Specialist For WW Cashews (Remote)

We are seeking multiple experienced Email Campaign Specialists and LinkedIn Messaging Specialists with a minimum of 1 year of experience. The primary responsibility is to reach potential buyers using LinkedIn and email outreach. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and proven expertise in creating high-performing email sequences and cold outreach messaging.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Craft high-conversion email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach messages.
• Reach out to potential buyers and leads using LinkedIn and email.
• Create personalized messaging strategies for B2B outreach and lead nurturing.
• Manage and track campaign performance (open rates, click rates, response rates, etc.).
• Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, email content, and templates.
• Segment customer lists and create lead generation workflows.
• Collaborate with the team via tools such as Skype, GChat, etc.

Required Skills and Tools

• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Expertise with email marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.).
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, InMail, and LinkedIn outreach tools.
• Experience with ZoomInfo and Salesforce platform is a significant benefit.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for logging outreach and tracking KPIs (optional).

Preferred Qualifications

• BA or MA in English Literature, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in the food/FMCG industry is a plus.
• Exposure to social media platforms for B2B engagement (optional but beneficial).
