Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist

We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist to create and manage email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email design, campaign management, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools like Email Studio, Content Builder, and Journey Builder. This role offers flexibility to work as a part-time, contract, or full-time team member, depending on your availability and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and execute email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Utilize Email Studio and Content Builder to create responsive, dynamic, and personalized emails.
• Manage customer journeys using Journey Builder to deliver targeted communications.
• Leverage AMPscript for advanced email personalization and dynamic content.
• Create segmentation strategies for audience targeting based on behavioral and demographic data.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather campaign requirements and provide technical support.
• Conduct quality assurance and testing to ensure email deliverability and rendering across devices and email clients.
• Maintain documentation for campaigns, templates, and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 24 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, specifically Email Studio and Content Builder.
• Proficiency in AMPscript for advanced email personalization.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with segmentation and automation tools in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design and troubleshooting.
• Experience in campaign analytics and reporting.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Administrator).
• Experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Audience Builder.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and performance optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs for integration with other systems.
