Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization Developer

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization Developer to build and enhance personalized customer experiences using Interaction Studio and related Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools. The ideal candidate will have expertise in implementing real-time personalization strategies, managing dynamic content, and integrating customer data for tailored engagement. This role offers flexibility to work as a part-time, contract, or full-time team member, depending on your availability and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement personalization strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Interaction Studio.
• Build and configure real-time decisioning and personalized customer journeys.
• Develop and manage dynamic content blocks for tailored email and web experiences.
• Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external systems and data sources for real-time customer insights.
• Create advanced audience segmentation using behavioral and transactional data.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Use AMPscript, SQL, and SSJS to enable personalized and dynamic content.
• Monitor and analyze personalization performance, providing optimization recommendations.
• Document implementation details and conduct training sessions for end-users.
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations, including GDPR and CCPA.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
• 35 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Interaction Studio.
• Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and JavaScript (SSJS).
• Experience with personalization tools and technologies in a marketing automation context.
• Strong understanding of customer journey design and audience segmentation.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs for integrating external systems with Marketing Cloud.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to optimize campaigns for better performance.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration.

Good to Have:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Personalization Specialist, Marketing Cloud Developer).
• Experience with Einstein Analytics or other AI-based marketing tools.
• Familiarity with additional Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools, such as Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, and Journey Builder.
• Knowledge of GDPR and CCPA compliance best practices in marketing personalization.
