Lead Generation Executive

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Generate leads using various sources LinkedIn and other professional networking sites based on specific criteria.
• Establish and oversee an end-to-end lead generation process, guiding implementation and execution across the team.
• Research and identify potential markets, industries, and key decision-makers using CRM tools and other resources.
• Manage leads effectively.
• Maintain and organize the lead database.
• Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns, including promotional and transactional emails.
• Collaborate with the content, design, and sales teams to develop compelling email copy and visuals.
• Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Use data-driven insights to refine email strategies and achieve KPIs.
• Ensure all email campaigns comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other relevant regulations.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities.

Skills Required:-

• Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• 1-3 years of experience in End-to-End lead generation and qualification process in India and International Market (US, UK, Middle East)
• Proficiency in LinkedIn -Sales Navigator, and lead generation tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, Snov.io, etc (Mandatory)
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM platforms like HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to think creatively.
• Willing to work in shifts
