Job Overview
Our Client Delibo is a fast-growing company revolutionizing smart parcel locker solutions across various verticals. We are seeking a proactive and analytical Lead Generation & Qualification Expert who will help us expand our reach, create qualified leads, and drive business growth. If you have a passion for generating new business and are familiar with lead generation tools and strategies, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads across all relevant verticals (e.g., real estate, hospitals, residential complexes, e-commerce, corporate offices).
  • Use a mix of digital marketing strategies, cold outreach, and market research to generate a high volume of qualified leads.
  • Pre-qualify leads by assessing their needs and ensuring alignment with Delibos product offerings.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain and update the lead database with accurate and detailed information.
  • Use CRM tools and marketing automation systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage lead flow and conversion tracking.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects for ongoing outreach and nurturing.
  • Continuously analyze lead generation efforts and optimize for best results.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop targeted strategies for outreach and qualification.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1 to 5 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales support roles.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and best practices (inbound/outbound).
  • Proficient in using lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, and lead databases.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and email marketing platforms will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, research, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, or PPC is a plus.
  • Education with BBA or MBA in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage
