LinkedIn Sales Navigator Specialist

Primary Responsibility: Generate leads through LinkedIn, nurture connections, and convert them into opportunities.

Daily Tasks:

• Lead Research:
• Identify decision-makers (e.g., CTOs, CEOs, IT Managers) in target industries using LinkedIn Sales Navigator filters (e.g., location: DACH, industry: healthcare, manufacturing).
• Aim to add 5070 new connections per day.
• Connection Outreach:

• Follow up with accepted connections within 2 days using polite and professional messaging.
• Content Sharing:
• Share relevant content (blogs, case studies) on the LinkedIn feed to build trust and showcase expertise.
• Engage with posts from potential leads by liking and commenting strategically.
• Lead Nurturing:
• Schedule calls or Zoom meetings with interested prospects and pass qualified leads to the email marketing team for follow-ups.
• Weekly Goals:
• Send 250+ connection requests.
• Generate 1015 qualified leads for follow-up.
