Associate- Business Development

We Gophers Lab is a Digital Engineering company that builds disruptive digital products and transforms businesses, leveraging product mindset, cutting-edge engineering, and cloud. We provide offshore development services to businesses, including Fortune 500 companies and startups, across the world.

We are expanding our team and now looking for someone who is ready for new exciting challenges and willing to be part of our family as "Associate -Business Development".

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Prospecting: Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients in the target markets, focusing on decision-makers and key stakeholders.
• Data Management: Maintain and update lead information in the HubSpot CRM, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Outreach Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate interest for our IT services and solutions.
• Communication: Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present our services as effective solutions to their business challenges.
• Follow-up: Nurture leads through regular follow-ups, providing additional information and addressing any queries or concerns.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation activities with overall business goals and strategies.
• Reporting: Track and report on lead generation activities, including conversion rates and pipeline progress.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required freshers are encouraged to apply!
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A self-starter with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
• Comfortable with desktop systems and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
• Budget 15K in hand for initial 6 Months after that package may vary between 3.5-4.5 LPA
