Position Overview

We are seeking an Email Marketing Specialist with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in crafting effective email campaigns with high inbox placement rates. You should be skilled in writing engaging subject lines and email content that consistently lands in the primary inbox while driving strong engagement rates.

Technical Implementation

• Develop and maintain HTML email templates using modern coding practices
• Configure and optimize email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
• Manage technical integration between email platforms and CRM systems
• Implement proper tracking mechanisms for campaign analysis
• Troubleshoot rendering issues across different email clients

Campaign Management

• Design and execute email marketing campaigns specifically targeted to educational institutions and colleges
• Develop segmentation strategies based on institution types, programs, and decision-maker roles
• Set up and manage automated email workflows for different educational campaign types
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance in the education sector

Deliverability & Compliance

• Monitor and maintain high deliverability rates across all campaigns
• Manage sender reputation and minimize bounce rates
• Ensure compliance with email regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, HIPAA)
• Implement best practices for inbox placement and spam prevention
• Regular monitoring and cleanup of email lists

Analytics & Optimization

• Track and analyze key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates)
• Generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance
• Provide data-driven recommendations for campaign improvements
• Optimize email sequences based on performance data
• Monitor industry trends and implement new strategies

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in email marketing
• Proven track record of achieving high inbox placement rates
• Experience in writing compelling subject lines and email content
• Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and spam prevention
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot)
• Basic HTML knowledge for email template customization
• Good written communication skills in English
