Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Supervise HR staff performance and guide employees to better performance while ensuring good working relationships with employees.
  • Assist the concern department in the hiring process. Ensure a fair recruitment plan and oversee new hiring, interviews, orientations and Induction.
  • Assist in employee compensation.
  • Develop strategies and implement changes that improve job knowledge.
  • Adjust employee benefits and incentive programs.
  • Handling payroll activities and prepare the monthly salary sheets.
  • Collaborate with the management to systematically manage the businesss HR policy
  • Oversee employee recruitment and boarding skills, wage settlements, and dismissals
  • Ensure the application of labor laws.
  • Promote a productive workplace and ensure a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Handle administrative work such as making transfers and templates, keeping records, and reviewing HR policies.
  • Make important strategic decisions for the company.
  • Help the organization ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
  • Maintain HR documentation, such as Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures, Policies and Guidelines, Service Agreements, and Contracts of Employment.
  • Help employees with their appraisals, and employee benefits packages.
  • Oversee and accomplish administrative processes.
  • Maintain compliance with the state, federal or local labor or employment laws.
  • Supervise employee recruitment, meetings, and terminations.
  • Deal with and investigate employee complaints without any bias.
  • Introduce and implement the use of new technology in the HR department.
  • Ensure the application of the company's HR policies. • Ensure healthy Employer-Employee Relations. Ensure that all employees maintain Company Culture. • Ensure that all employees are in proper uniform and well groomed as per the company policy. • Handle disciplinary actions.

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as an HR Executive, • Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems • Experience with full-cycle recruiting • Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance) • Demonstrable leadership abilities • Solid communication skills
  • Graduate, Diploma, Bachelors, Masters in Human Resource Management. MBA. Human Resources. Personnel Management.
  • Excellent knowledge of the HR cycle.
  • Active listening skills.
  • Ability to work as a part of a team.
  • Organizational and management skills.
  • Conflict-management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Optimistic approach and ability to see from others perspectives.
  • Excellent work-ethic and fair dealing.
  • Ability to overcome problems relating to racism, sexism, and nepotism.
  • Negotiation abilities in dealing with new recruits and payroll.
  • Comfortable with the use of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Understanding of the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and its usage

Preferred candidate profile

Experience - : 5 - 10 Years

Qualification: MBA - HR, MSW, MPM (HR Specialization)

Proficiency in HR software & systems.

Location - Residents of Maharashtra and or Pune District. Will be preferred.
