Executive/Sr. Executive- Human Resources

Evolet Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Senior Executive HR to manage workforce operations, compliance, recruitment, payroll, and administrative functions at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate must have experience in handling HR processes in a manufacturing environment with a strong understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and facility management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily activities and maintain records of contract and permanent workmen, security, and administration departments, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
• Ensure timely procurement of housekeeping consumables, stationery, linen, and cleaning agents while tracking their usage.
• Implement process improvements to achieve and maintain compliance with cGMP norms.
• Manage the entire recruitment cycle, including onboarding and relieving procedures.
• Prepare, update, and monitor SOPs for the Personnel & Administration (P&A) department.
• Ensure adherence to all activities and records as per P&A department SOPs.
• Prepare workers' wages and verify contractor bill submissions along with statutory records.
• Maintain ESI & PF records for company employees and liaise with authorities for employee benefits.
• Ensure Periodic Medical Examination of all employees as per regulatory requirements.
• Supervise facility maintenance, including furniture, fixtures, office equipment, and their replenishment.
• Identify and address housekeeping, pest control, and horticulture issues, ensuring immediate remedial measures.
• Oversee pest control agency operations, ensuring compliance with SOPs and maintaining proper activity records.

Qualifications & Skills:

✔ MBA in HR or a relevant specialization
✔ Experience in HR operations within a manufacturing plant
✔ Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and payroll processing
✔ Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS
✔ Excellent communication and organizational skills
✔ Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work in a structured manner
