1 Arranging Contractors Manpower
2 Completing all joining formalities.
3 To review and plan Casual Manpower as per the requirements.
4 Housekeeping & 5S Management.
5 Maintaining/Updating Leave records.
6 Engage with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization.
7 New Employees registering on PF/ESI portal
8 Manage communication in office through notices and circulars
9 Update applicable Human Resources systems and maintaining data as required 10 Handling day to day House keeping activities.
Tasks and Activities
1 Attend Daily Morning Meeting
2 Responsible for complete housekeeping and pantry services.
3 Maintained 5S
4 Maintaining/Updating all compliance register
5 Assist prepare and process timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment , salary slip, leave encashment and F&F settlements.
6 Maintaining daily attendance
7 Maintaining overtime data
8 Manpower Required vs Available manpower data
9 Handling day to day administrative works
10 To verify and process all kinds of bill related to HR & Admin works and facilitate their timely payment.
