1Role Personal Administration HR Job purposeTo monitor the administration of depot by complying with all relevant provisions of the HR Legal compliances. Department / FunctionP&AGrade / BandSr.Exe/AMReportingFunctionalAdministrativeGeneral Manager Head BDLocationPan India Section Two: Role Accountabilities P&A

1. Attendance management of all on roll and off roll employee.
2. Leave management of all employees.
3. Maintain all compliance register and other documents.
4. Resolving the PF & ESIC issues of employees.
5. Maintain all safe & health environment across the depot.
6. To ensure the cleaning of the depot.
7. Uniform management.
8. Liaising with government department (PF, ESIC, Labour department etc.)
9. Maintain the green belt as per agreement.

Asset Management

1. Ensure the maintenance of printing machine, CCTV etc.
2. Maintain the service records of assets.
3. Manage the IN & Out of materials (Gate Management)
4. Vendor Management related to HR&PA (Uniform, Sharp etc.)

Section Three: Knowledge, Skills and Experience Education QualificationsMBA-HRIR / PGDM-HRIR / MSW Relevant experienceMinimum 4-10 Years of relevant experience in Industrial relation, Compliance Management, Union Management.Skills and capabilities required †Stakeholder Management
