JOB DESCRIPTION I. JOB DETAILS Job Title Sr. Officer / Assistant Manager (Compliance) Human Resource Reporting Supervisor Unit HR Head II. JOB PURPOSE To ensure 100% HR statutory compliance for on rolls and outsourced staff. III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Core Responsibilities • Maintaining end to end statutory compliance for on rolls and outsourced employees. • Periodic audit of establishments and vendors records. • Timely renewal of CLRA RC and Shops & Establishment registrations. • Timely Documentation of periodic returns to authorities. • Advocacy for Legal Notices, reply to concern authority. • General awareness sessions on statutory compliance as & when required. • Documentation for statutory records. • To maintain HR Compliance Dashboard on monthly basis and talking to stakeholders for closure. IV. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS Measurable Deliverables • Monitoring statutory dues of PF, ESI, LWF etc. • ESIC: TLC distribution and query handling - 100%. • Compliance Checklist (Quarterly) - Timely submission – 100%. • UAN generation data (Monthly). • DNC / DMC registration update & closure - 100%. • Radiation Safety & Compliance update. • Liasioning with labour department & concerned authority. • CLRA, S & E Renewals. • Vendor bill checking & submission for payment. • Timely salary disbursement for contractual staff. • Any issue pertaining to legal compliance / CLRA to be escalated and closed within the timelines. • Documentation to contract labour - Quarterly Audits. • Contract manpower rationalization, deployment - regular inspection. • Outsourced Manpower data base management. • Periodic audit and closer of the observations. • Maintain POSH and Code Violation Tracker. • Monthly / Quarterly training & awareness sessions on HR Statuary compliance. • Attending all legal notices / Government liasioning / all inspections & Notifications. • Advocacy with union leaders & authority officials. V. JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Qualifications Graduation / Post Graduation in HR Experience More than 5 years’ experience of HR statuary compliance and Labour laws Behavioural Skills • Good Communication and presentable • Good Inter personal skills, pro-activeness, Self-motivated, Fast learner • Presentable Language Skills English, Hindi VI.
