Talent Acquisition & HR Operations -
1. Recruiting the competent personnel within time & Budget to ensure Right man to the Right place.
2. Allocation of the Manpower as per the Manpower planning.
3. Maintaining the JDs for all the position as per the Organization Structure.
4. Sourcing the CVs as per the MRF.
5. Shortlisting the candidates in preliminary round then Conducting Technical Interview
6. Facilitate final round of interview and Salary negotiation
7. Conduct Antecedent & Reference Check & Issuance of pre-employment health Check up letter & LOI
8. Complete Joining Formalities (Joining kit, Documents verification, Welcome Note).
Organize orientation of new joiners.
Training & Development Coordination-
1. Coordination with the HODs/COE-L&OD for the Training Need Identification
2. Preparation of the monthly training MIS.
3. Organising and scheduling Training Programs as per training administrative requirements.
Performance Management System-
1. To facilitate performance appraisal process timely as per the corporate guidelines.
2. Goal Setting of employees as per the Key Result Area
3. Drive the Mid-Year Review and Final Year Review Process
4. Addressing the errors related to PMS.
5. Timely process for the First Year Appraisal.
Employee Engagement-
1. Enhancing the morale of employees by Connecting and motivating them to give their best each day & to contribute in Organization's success.
2. Preparing Event Calendar based on HR budget and business requirement
3. Organising Events / Programs / Sessions.
4. Conducting Employee Satisfaction Surveys
5. Capturing the Voice of new joiners
MIS & Operation-
1. Managing and monitoring employee database to keep track of health of the organization.
2. Check HR budget ( Plan Vs Actual)
3. Preparing different MIS i.e FRM/BRM Data, Attrition Data and submit timely to different stakeholders
4.Submit Database for HR Audit / IATF / Internal Audits
Separation-
1. Conducting the exit formalities to survey & analyze organizational climate.
2. Conducting Exit Interviews
3. Complete No Dues formalities
4. Provide Relieving & Experience letter.
5.Close Full & Final within the month.
