Job description

• Talent Sourcing: Identify and source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for the company.
• Job Postings: Create and manage job advertisements on relevant platforms, ensuring they align with the company's hiring needs.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Offer & Onboarding Support: Assist in extending job offers, negotiating terms, and supporting the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Recruitment Trackers & MIS: Maintain up-to-date recruitment trackers, monitor candidate progress, and prepare regular MIS reports to provide insights on recruitment metrics and performance.
• MIS Reporting: Maintain and update HR MIS, tracking key metrics such as recruitment progress, training participation, attendance, and employee engagement activities, attrition etc.
• Job location - Parel, Mumbai.
• Minimum 2 Years of experience real estate / construction hiring
