Hiring Manager - Sales Professional For Khar.

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Oversee and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support and training to ensure their success.
• Set sales targets and monitor team performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• Build and maintain a deep understanding of the real estate market, including industry trends, competitors and customer needs.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop effective sales and promotional materials
• Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to senior management
• Stay up to date with industry developments and trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
• Conduct regular sales meetings and training to motivate and educate the sales team.

Preferred candidate profile

Any Graduate with 8-12 yrs of real estate sales experience in high-end luxury residential projects
