Location: Thane (Ghodbunder Road)
Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years in Real Estate Sales

🔑 Role Responsibilities
1. Sales Executive / Senior Executive - Closing:

* Engage with potential customers, build rapport, and convert leads into successful sales.
* Guide clients through the property-buying process with expertise and professionalism.
* Provide property options based on client needs, budgets, and preferences.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
* Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
* Handle negotiations and close deals effectively.

2. Sales Executive / Senior Executive - Sourcing:
* Identify and source new clients through networking, referrals, property portals, and other channels.
* Develop and maintain a pipeline of quality leads for the Sales team.
* Build strong relationships with potential clients to generate interest in properties.
* Ensure all leads are nurtured, followed up, and handed over to the Closing team on time.
* Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns and events to attract prospects.
* Stay updated with market trends and competitors to source better opportunities.

1. Proven experience in real estate sales (minimum 3+ years).
2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
4. For sourcing roles, excellent networking and lead-generation capabilities.
