Squarea, a strategy-to-sales firm specializing in luxury and Grade-A real estate, is seeking dynamic Residential Sales Managers for our key locations. Join us to drive sales and build strategic partnerships in the luxury real estate market.
Locations: Pune, Bhubaneswar, Dubai (Relocation to Dubai is welcomed)
Role & Responsibilities
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in luxury residential real estate.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and channel partners.
* Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, negotiations, and deal closures.
* Onboard and manage channel partners (CAs, architects, and wealth managers), ensuring mutual growth.
* Collaborate with marketing teams for effective promotional activities and participate in BTL events.
* Stay updated on market trends and competitors to identify opportunities.
* Prepare sales reports and monitor partner performance metrics.
Preferred Qualifications
* 3-5 years of experience in luxury real estate sales or channel management.
* Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and build strategic relationships.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of market trends and vastu principles is a plus.
* Bachelors degree in business or a related field.
