Job Description
- Understanding the various projects to be able to provide clear explanations to the clients.
- Generating higher walk-ins from all types of leads.
- Cross-using leads for various projects.
- Handling escalated customer queries, concerns, suggestions, feedback, etc. and managing their expectations.
- Preparing dashboards, updating all necessary systems, trackers, and customer history details for seamless management at all times.
- Always Offering the best possible customer delight by way of exhibiting best qualities like listening, acknowledgement, empathy, helpfulness and customer centricity.
- Carrying ownership for every customer query.
- Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing
customer needs.
Presales would be responsible to in-house tele-calling associates to generate quality walk-ins across various projects.
Preferred candidate profile/ Qualifications:
- Graduation.
- Fluent in English.
- 0-3 years of experience.
- Ability to execute various programs required for high conversion of leads into sales.
- Adaptability, innovation, and excellent teamwork skill.
