We are looking for a skilled and motivated Presales Consultant with expertise in Workday to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with prospective clients to understand their business needs and provide solutions. You will be responsible for delivering engaging presentations, demos.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Cross functional teams to understand client requirements and propose solutions.
Deliver high-quality presentations and demonstrations of Opkey product, showcasing key features and benefits.
Engage with clients to map business processes to Workday functionality and ensure alignment with their objectives.
Lead workshops and discussions to gather functional and technical requirements from clients.
Prepare and present responses to RFPs, RFIs, and other sales proposals, ensuring they meet client expectations.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically sound and feasible.
Provide detailed product knowledge and insights into the Workday platform, ensuring that clients fully understand the value it can bring to their organization.
Assist with the creation of business cases, ROI analyses, and other supporting documents for clients.
Contribute to the development of sales enablement materials and training to support the sales team.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Workday product offerings, updates, and market trends.
Build strong relationships with prospects and clients, positioning the company as a trusted advisor for their Workday solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in a presales or consulting role, with a focus on Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
Understanding of Workday modules, including HCM, Finance, and other relevant areas.
Strong technical acumen and the ability to present complex solutions in a clear, compelling manner.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Experience in client-facing roles, with a strong ability to build relationships and influence decisions.
Ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Workday certification is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
Strong understanding of business processes, particularly in HR, finance, and operations.
Knowledge of integration and technical aspects of Workday.
Ability to customize and configure Workday solutions based on client needs.
