We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Pre-Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales process by providing technical expertise and insights that help prospective clients understand and harness the value of our solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of ZOUMA\u2019s products and services, along with competitor offerings.
Participate in requirements gathering sessions to understand the technical specifications and business needs of potential clients.
Create detailed proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation that effectively communicate the value proposition of ZOUMA\u2019s solutions.
Provide feedback to product development teams regarding client needs and market trends.
Assist in the training and onboarding of new sales team members regarding product knowledge and pre-sales processes.
Requirements
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in a pre-sales role or similar position, preferably within the technology or consulting sectors.
Strong technical background with an ability to understand and convey complex concepts.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and demonstration tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
