Executive - Presales/Telecalling (1-4 yrs)

Responsibilities and Duties

1 Conducting outbound calls to prospective customers and identifying their needs.

2 Creating a pipeline of potential customers.

3 Providing excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns.

4 Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and continued business.

5 Meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas.

6 Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

7 Keeping up to date with product and industry knowledge

8 Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
