Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Mathikere, Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
  
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates.
  
• Coordinate with clients to understand their recruitment requirements and provide them with shortlisted profiles.
  
• Ensure timely joining formalities for new hires by coordinating with relevant departments.
  
• Perform background verifications and onboarding processes for new employees.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or human resources generalist activities.
  
• Strong understanding of HR operations, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
  
• Proficiency in using tools like Excel for data management and reporting purposes.
• Experience in NBFC Industry is preferred.
• Kannada is Mandatory
