• Talent Acquisition:

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
• Administer and evaluate pre-employment assessments as needed.
• Candidate Experience:
  
• Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates.
• Communicate effectively with candidates regarding their application status and next steps.
• Collaboration:
  
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics.
• Provide guidance and expertise on best practices in recruitment.
• Reporting and Metrics:
  
• Maintain accurate and organized records of recruitment activities.
• Track and report key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate satisfaction.
• Employer Branding:
  
• Promote the organization as an employer of choice through creative job postings and campaigns.
• Represent the company at job fairs, campus events, and other recruitment activities.
