Facility Executive

Job Description:

• Brief the team daily and keep track of all soft service activities, ensuring no service breaches or customer complaints.
• Conduct regular or random audits to ensure SOPs are followed.
• Maintain communication with vendors regarding supplied items, rate revisions, or negotiations.
• Ensure manpower is allocated as per the sanctioned levels and budget.
• Maintain physical files categorized by vendor and goods ordered.

Minimum Qualification:

• Hotel Management Degree (IHM/BHM)
• Experience in managing large property with a substantial room inventory

Minimum Experience: 5-8 years
