Facility Executive - Soft Services - Aundh - Pune

Role & responsibilities

To ensure the people management at site selection, site induction, attendance, discipline, leave, registers.

• To conduct daily site rounds and ensure that checklists are maintained.
• To conduct daily briefing to housekeeping staff and ensure delployment as per duty roster.
• To educate and conduct periodic training for all team members.
• To oversee and maintain inventory of housekeeping materials, pantry, office supplies etc.
• To ensure all client complaints / queries are addressed within the TAT.
• To evaluate support services, identify needs, anticipate problems and develop corrective actions.
• To ensure cleaning, disinfection, sanitization is taken care as per the schedule.
• To ensure adherence to the SOPs related to any emergency scenario (e.g. COVID19).
• To identify areas for cost optimization and implement the same in coordination with site manager.
• To coordinate with vendors, check and submit invoices for timely payout.
• To ensure timely supply of material and services by vendor.
• To assist site manager in preparing various site reports like MMR, QBR etc.
• To assist in organizing events and other administrative requirements.
• To maintain and keep record of petty cash.
• To ensure adherence to company and client policies and SOPs.

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma / Degree in any stream from recognized university by UGC, AICTE, MHRD (Hotel management preferred).
