Club House Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with Residents and key customer
• Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
• To ensure adherence to company and client policies and SOPs.
• Perform daily clubhouse management and supervision to ensure all services in the clubhouse are in normal operations
• Monitor the general inspection of clubhouse areas and to ensure all clubhouse facilities are in good conditions
• Perform vendor management and closely monitor vendor's performance, handle contractor administration and service contract renewal
• Plan, organize and promote recreational activities and interest classes in the clubhouse
• Any ad hoc duties assigned by superior
• Providing supervision and training to all new and existing staff.
• Dealing promptly with all grievances from both staff and club members.
• Develops new and innovative ways in which to stimulate member activities and participation in Club events
